As we all know the weather has been one of our biggest obstacles this past year.
The more that we play on the fields when they are in such poor condition,
the longer it will take them to recover for our games.
We are asking everyone to use good judgment regarding practices.
If the fields are in poor condition (i.e. standing water,
soggy around certain areas, etc.)
please move off the fields and practice on other open areas.
Our Field Manager has his hands full trying to maintain the fields
as much as possible with the all of the 'uncontrollable' obstacles.
We have all made a commitment to assist him in any and every way possible
to make his job easier. If you are approached and asked to move off of the
fields, please do not refuse. This is in the best interest of all of our children involved.
We do understand that everyone wants to get in practices before the season starts. Please do your best to move practices off of the fields as much as possible so we have decent fields to play games on.
